Sustainable Office
Together with the Massa team, we created the concept of a new studio in the Dubai Design District -D3. The space was not large, but its disposition was destined to concentrate all office functions. We created one complex centrally located multifunctional structure with a meeting room, an external library and even a sleeping corner, or a prayer room if necessary. Office space, kitchen and storage are located in the interspace. We used only two materials for the construction, OSB and blackened steel. The space is very readable and intuitivelly inviting, warm and with using raw natural materials with high sense of sustainable architecture.
